30-Day Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging (if applicable)

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at auto@aforce.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be:

Processed back to your original method of payment

Issued within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for:

Defective or damaged products

Exchanges are shipped once we receive and inspect your returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at auto@aforce.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will replace it at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
