You may request areturn or exchange within 30 daysof receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging (if applicable)
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within7 days of deliveryatauto@aforce.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will replace it at no additional cost.
